Examination Boards of SEP, PSE, SIMP, SITPS
In order to be eligible for the category G1, G2 or G3 it is necessary to take the appropriate exam before the certification committee. This examination may take place in front of SEP, PSE, SIMP and SITPS committees.
The Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) is the main body of government administration that regulates the activities of energy companies in accordance with the energy policy. It also appoints the committees before which you can take the exam.
Certification committees:
- SEP - Association of Polish Electrical Engineers
- SIMP - Society of Polish Mechanical Engineers
- PSE - Polish Electrical Installation Association
- SITPS or SITSpoż - Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Food Industry
The ERO also grants examination rights to other associations and commissions throughout Poland.

The course prepares for examinations in front of commissions of SEP, PSE, SIMP, SITPS and is intended for people who want to obtain proper preparation and authorisations to carry out works including networks, installations and electrical, gas and heating devices.
The aim is to obtain a qualification certificate for operation, maintenance, repair, assembly in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 28 April 2003 on detailed rules for ascertaining qualifications by persons involved in the operation of devices, installations and networks (Journal of Laws No. 89, item 828; Journal of Laws No. 192, item 1184).
