About training at ERGON

trainees in the lecture theatre during training

At ERGON, we highly value the efficient and effective transfer of knowledge to our trainees. We have developed our own training programme, which will enable future employees of workplaces to acquire the necessary knowledge in terms of compliance with occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations. Everyone - whether employee or employer - should ensure a safe workplace in accordance with legal requirements and common sense. The instructors will provide knowledge on how to prevent dangers in the workplace, how to provide first aid and how to behave in the event of a fire.

Beneficiaries of health, safety and fire safety training?

Our training programme includes the organisation of courses for organised groups and individual training. Entrepreneurs are obliged to familiarise their employees with current health, safety and fire safety requirements. If they fail to do so, they may face a monetary fine, so it is not worth abandoning them. Every new hire should receive thorough training on their first day on the job, while permanent employees must receive regular re-training to keep them up to date.
