Enrol on a specialist course and become a fire extinguisher maintenance technician! Regular inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers is important for safety. A fire extinguisher that has an inspection carried out can function properly. Remember that an inspection should be carried out at least once a year! Every fire extinguisher must be given an inspection or converse. It's worth keeping an eye on this and it's also worth knowing the place or person who offers maintenance of this equipment. If you are thinking of becoming a fire extinguisher maintenance person - our course is for you. By signing up for the training you will learn everything you need to know about fire extinguishers.

It is essential that fire extinguishers have a production date on the label. This is sanctioned by law, which must be observed! If an extinguisher does not have this, this is when you go to a maintainer of this type of equipment The maintainer will carry out an inspection.

A few words about the regulations:

If you want to become a conservationist, you need to know the regulations! Fire extinguishers are found in almost every building. Regulations govern:

  • number of fire extinguishers
  • mass of fire extinguishers
  • certificate of conformity issued by the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection

It is worth familiarising yourself with the Regulation of the Minister for Internal Affairs and Administration of 7 June 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other buildings and grounds (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 109, item 719). It is this document that is responsible for all the rules you need to know!
